A Christian Outreach Centre church started in 1978 with a desire to be a church of influence, leading people to Christ and a life of victory.
We love the faith and grace of Jesus and believe in meeting people on a practical level and inspiring them to be ever reaching for a closer relationship with Jesus Christ and to fill hearts with hope and seeing people through the eyes of Jesus.
Pastors George and Margie came to Victory Church Gympie in 1994 with their young son. They had the privilege of taking on a church and a Christian School set in the beautiful surrounds of a rural 20 acres. In July 2012 they also became the Senior Pastors here at Christian Outreach Centre Maryborough . The building renovations are underway and they are so excited for the future ahead as they look back and see what God has done in the last 18 years with His church.
Over the years Ps George & Margie have seen lives transformed, people grow and the church and college flourish. Victory Church is affecting the community with love and acceptance and is known as a church that cares and reaches out. Their mission statement is simple, "To be a church of influence, leading people to Christ and a life of victory". They believe in a relevant Gospel that is practical and down to earth. In 2013 COC became INC and we are excited to catch the Vision.
